As an introduction to explain a little my intentions here…
Our most precious and valuable asset is our Health.
Time and my personal experience have indeed confirmed this.
Without our health, let's face it, our lives and enjoyment of this ride we are all on, are diminished.
So putting it as our Priority #1 makes good sense, doesn't it?
Now there is a lot of information out there on how to do this, some good, some not so good, some plain bad, most trying to sell you some product, some therapy or some miracle, fad, quick fix diet.
You know when you get that itchy feeling that you have to scratch…well, I have had this questioning itch since my teens.
In retrospect, that questioning itch has served me well over 4 decades so far. I have always questioned everything.
So true to my self I will continue to scratch quite a bit further beyond the surface of things, for all our benefit, sharing my discoveries relating to all five facets of our holistic health.

The 5 facets I consider essential are physical ~ emotional ~ mental ~ spiritual and environmental, plus their interconnectedness…
Oh yes, like everything in Nature and Life, everything's connected, including in ourselves.
And that dynamic is what makes us each Unique.

By the way, I don't know all the answers. But those answers I don't have, I have a backup/support network/team of specialists in their fields that I can tap into, collaborate with as necessary, or ask and filter, to get you some pretty unique spot on answers, specific to you, because remember, we are all Unique.
We all have our own individual and unique ancestry, makeup and various different experiences in those 5 facets of ourselves. These are key factors to the way we ultimately feel, think, do, interact and ultimately take care of ourselves, relate and treat ourselves. That's why a 1-for-all formula or solution doesn't work.

What I have to offer is my accumulated questioning knowledge and experience, combined with time and a sacred private space for you to be truly heard. I assist you in your search for unbiased info and understanding on the right clean nutrition to create the benefits specific to your bio-individuality, and lifestyle. Through holistic health coaching sessions, you have access to my filtering, my constant support in guidance, sometimes my prodding; but all to help you meet your commitment to Self-care in all of your facets and reach your health goals for long-lasting results.

I offer a platform to reboot a (re) freshed string of actions so a new glow in your life can happen, by openly sharing, sometimes provoking some (re) thinking and (re) doing.
Incidentally, no different to what I have and continue to do with my Self, so we continue to evolve our present wellbeing incrementally.
Currently, I am studying Permaculture Design as part of my continuous education.
To set the scene of what I'm all about, I want to share my personal core purpose, one I have been building and re-creating since as far back as I can remember. I want to recapture what has been lost over time - our individual and collective ancient Feminine Wisdom in both men and women, plus our connectedness to this wonderful planet of ours, that offers us so much abundance and nourishes us like no other. Without her health, ours is lost too.
By changing ourselves we can turn this planet into one with more health, more happiness, more joyful people riding their wave, feeling amazing.
