"Hi Paula,
I did just finish the 10-day detox! A friend John was coming on island to take some rest and recuperation because he was feeling depleted.
I suggested that he join me in the 10-day detox to help with his healing.
He did join me and we finished this past Wednesday.
We stuck to the program. The effect was immediate and profound.

For me, it solidified the direction in which I was headed: a mostly vegan diet. For John, it was a huge eye-opener in the way that he needs to change his diet. In fact, it was a life-changing experience for him.

We ate so well during the first 5 days that we felt no need to reintroduce any animal protein into the next 5 days. We are actually still eating mostly in the detox style.
